Our updated policies for clients. 

We are all in this together. We are open for business (as safely as possible).

With the current NYC area vaccination rate at well over 90% of people over age 12, events are coming back in full swing. Since you are in the process of booking your future celebration, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible, in case (fingers crossed) large gatherings are shut down again. In these unprecedented times, I want to do everything I can to make you feel at ease. Michelle Edgemont Design is here to create lasting memories through your celebration. Our policies around deposits, minimums, and meetings have been updated for 2022 and 2023 clients:

Your deposit to book Michelle Edgemont Design will be $500. That $500 will be able to be used towards a future date, if your event needs to be rescheduled due to COVID-19. The $500 deposit will also be refundable, no questions asked, within two weeks of the contract being signed.

All meetings will be done over Google Meet, with the exception of venue walkthroughs. I’m also opening one night a week to calls outside of our regular office hours.

I’m looking forward to designing and floral-izing (real word) your upcoming celebration. Being able to all be together, dance, and hug, is going to make your celebration that much more special. Let’s work together to create the event you’ve always wanted to look forward to.
