Time to take a break
I have a million things to do, but my body decided to get sick. Not so sick that I was incapable of crossing items off my to-do list. Just enough of an annoying cold to deplete my energy levels to near 0%. I enjoyed the summery weather today with a few hours at the park with a 3 year old. By the time I returned home, my mind was excited to start working on some new ideas and craft projects, my body couldn’t lift myself off the couch.
So, I listened to my body and took it slow. Instead of racking my brain with projects and to-do lists, I made chicken dumpling soup and an apple pie. Tomorrow, I’ll wake refreshed to go, go, go at my normal 110%. Go Monday!
