About Michelle Edgemont
As a life long creative, I hold a BFA in Textile/Surface Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. I spent seven years working the fashion industry before I found my passion of designing joyful events and whimsical florals. My experience putting together cohesive collections of textile designs for well known brands such as Target and Converse is evident in the way I piece together the many items needed for a completely immersive event experience.

Michelle Edgemont Design believes in a community for all people that inspires, supports, and applauds all couples who are promising their lives to each other through bold, beautiful celebrations. We live for parents who are giving their all to their children through creative, unique, insanely amazing bat/bar mitzvahs. Corporate events that fully immerse your attendees in an experience they won’t forget it worth every penny.

Launched in 2011, we work in the NYC area. As an event designer, florist, and content producer, I’ve been quoted in the NYTimes and the best-selling book, A Practical Wedding, and featured multiple times on Style Me Pretty, Martha Stewart Weddings, The Knot, and HGTV, and Vogue.
I was recently named one of the 35 under 35 Brightest Stars in the Floral Business by Floral Review Magazine and in the Top 500 Influential Event Professionals by BizBash. The first book I styled, Weddings in Color, is now available everywhere books are sold.
